This year the changes are minimal.  The tournament is still ALL scratch in ALL divisions.  The number of divisions remains the same as last year.  Please make sure to read over the cover letter, rules and format information very carefully.  The February window is January 18 – January 31, 2015.  Questions should be addressed to Kenneth D.
