Checks for any tournament are sent to the Team Captain; the Team Captain has 30 days after receipt to distribute the money (USBC Playing Rules, Rule 304-a-2). The checks have already been mailed to the Team Captains. You must first follow up with your Team Captain. If that does not result in a satisfactory outcome, then you should contact the Tournament Director.
